I’m Briana, and I’ve been a family photographer for over 9 years. I enjoy a style that incorporates both posed family pictures and the in-between, quiet moments of your family. This is often when I capture my favorite pictures - a familiar smile between siblings or a sweet hug with a parent.
As a family photographer, it’s important to me that I set a relaxed tone for our time together. I was a middle school teacher for many years, and I have a lot of patience working with kids and very little fazes me - whether you have a grumpy toddler that day (they give some of the BEST candids), siblings bickering (hey, that means it’s not mine for once, so I’m fine), or if you have a child who decides to get creative and roar like a lion for an hour (yep, that happened, and I’m still laughing), I’ll roll with it and capture all the moments, so that you can relax and enjoy your time.
Additionally, both professionally and personally, I have a lot of experience with children with special needs. If you’ve found yourself always wanting a family picture, but you’re worried about finding a calm photographer who understands how important and unique every child is, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
